Every job is different, and we aim to get the job completed on the day (depending on the area size). We will have to return to your property to re-sand and add a sealant if required, as we need the surface to be dry and below a specific moisture level. We aim to complete every job within one week (weather dependent).

No, although we will need access to any areas that are being cleaned and any heavy furniture removed before we start. On completion of the work, if you are not at your property, we will send an invoice to your email address for payment. We will upload before & after images of your property to our social media once payment has been made.
Yes, We offer eco-friendly cleaning chemicals which will cause no harm to children or animals. Our professional grade chemicals can cause irritation to animals, if they are exposed to the area before the cleaning process has been completed. We ask for all animals to be kept inside until at least 2 hours after the completion of the work.

Yes, we have been trained to use professional grade cleaning chemicals & sanitisers. Using chemicals helps to give a better and longer last clean. Each chemical has a specific purpose, we only use chemicals if we think it is necessary as it does make a huge difference in helping with removing black spot, mould, algae & lichen.

Wessex water & Salisbury Council have confirmed that due to Hyperwash Exterior Cleaning being a professional service for both residential & commercial purposes that even if a hosepipe ban is put into place, Hyperwash can continue to operate as normal. During our pressure washing & Jet washing service, we always recirculate and recycle the water to ensure no water is wasted.
